We recommend all new acquisitions to any collection be quarantined for a minimum of 30 days. Charges will vary depending on the level of testing you request. Veterinary health certificates are required for most international orders and can be included with domestic purchases at your request but will incur additional charges. We will do everything we can, within reason, to assist you. If you have difficulty with feeding or suspect any health problems, please contact us as soon as possible. If a problem exists please contact us immediately.Īll of our animals are healthy and feeding at the time of shipment and should continue to thrive for you. Be sure to inspect the animal at the time of pickup.
Live arrival is not guaranteed with “door to door” shipments. Packages should be picked up within 3 hours of arrival. When shipping via the airlines we guarantee live arrival as long as temperatures are between 40 – 80 degrees F along the entire shipping route.
Live arrival will be guaranteed with FedEx shipments when temperatures are between 40 – 80 degrees F and the package is picked up at the closest FedEx sort facility or shipped directly to the customers home. Any of the forms of payment mentioned above are welcome. Payment plans should be completed within 1 to 3 months. We require deposits of 20% of the invoice total. This allows you to change your mind and keeps us from having to refund deposits on animals we did not produce. We do not accept deposits on animals that have not been produced. Please contact us by phone to be sure the animal(s) you are interested in is still available before sending any money. Personal checks must clear before the animals can be shipped.
